Actual numbers of casualties are not weight of moral virtue -anywhere. That things did not turn out as intended does not cancel the opening Arab moral intentions and military objectives. 1948 ended badly for the Arab parties, as 1945 ended badly for the Germans, but neither should have started.

The place we served was the BMH (British Military Hospital) and the mailing address was Bir Ya'aacov (spelling). I've never been able to pinpoint it on a map, or get any reference to this place. I can vouch for the dead and wounded, since it was my job to keep track of this.

These Maps and the numbers attached to some of them are more convincing of our just case than ever before--but it has to be shown and told to Israeli's protogenests.
